Shipping Policy

Currently, Greymalkins products are only available within South Africa. We courier on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Products can be delivered countrywide or collected from our studio in Cape Town.

We ship all items door to door using Cloud Logistics and The Courier Guy. Orders below 10kg are a flat rate of R110, orders weighing over 10kg are R150 and outlying areas are a flat rate of R180.

Pudo locker to locker (R60) can be used but please chose this at your own risk for ceramic products.

Our products are carefully packaged using recycled materials where possible. We aim to ship all orders out within 7 business days. Once your package has been shipped out, you can expect to receive it within 2-5 days.

 

Returns Policy

– Returns and Exchanges

Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be shipped, at your expense, to my studio in Cape Town in the same condition that you received them with their original packaging at your expense.

Upon inspection and confirmation, you’ll have the option of selecting something else from the store at an equivalent value or receiving a refund (minus the cost of shipping). Should you wish to purchase something else, you’ll be liable for the shipping costs associated with the purchase. As every product is unique we cannot recreate a product exactly.

– Damaged Products

All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that damaged products are not sent out to you. Nonetheless, if any orders are delivered faulty or broken, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. Every care is taken during the packaging of your orders but there is always a small risk that damages may occur during shipping.

To be eligible for a replacement, you’ll need to send us proof of the damage within 2 days of delivery. We’ll accept photographic evidence – no need to ship the product back to us, so all you’ll need to do is email info@greymalkins.com with your request to return the item and attach photos of the damaged item as well as its packaging.

Upon inspection and validation, you’ll have the option of replacing the item or receiving a refund.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability, and refunds are not possible if the item was received as a gift.
